Its Official...

We are employed! Cortney was offered a marketing position at the OSU Medical Center and we couldn't be more thrilled. There were so many times we just thought this day would never come and its finally here, but not without the support, prayers, and many hours of fasting from our dear friends and family. Thank you so much for all of the efforts you have put forth in our behalf. Your prayers have been answered! We are so truly blessed!

Cortney will probably start working full-time next month, while finishing up his last month of school. That will be an absolutely insane 6 weeks, but we are so thankful for a paycheck, we don't even care!

Cortney had said that if he got this job he was officially changing teams and becoming a Reds fan. With our first paycheck, Cort and Will are getting matching Reds hats to celebrate! Above is a picture of Will with Mr. Red that Grandpa Lynn gave to him.

Our lease is up for our apartment in August, but we can get out of our contract basically any time this summer. That being said, we are looking for something cheap, and not in a dangerous neighborhood where we can rent for 2 years and save like crazy for a massive down payment on a house. Please keep your eyes open for us and if you know of any places that will be coming available for rent soon, please let us know!

That is great news for all of you! Congrats to both you and Cort for all your hard work! What part of town are you looking for, Amy? I will keep my eyes open for you.

I am so excited for you guys. When Eric gets a job, we all want to come out and visit and go to some Reds games. That would be fun.
