Our neighbors gave Will this scooter and it is by far his favorite toy. Can't you see the sense of satisfaction is his eyes with the sight of freedom? Although he can't propell himself while riding, he gets on and off it by himself and pushes it around all over the house. Its like he has his permit and he's anxiously awaiting the day where he can take this wheels out on the open road.
