yesterday was a good day....

We got approved for a home loan! We are so excited we can't even believe it! So I guess we're going to be normal people now... with paying jobs and mortgages. We're on the hunt. Our lease is up August 15th, so we're banking that more people will get desperate over the summer and lower their prices even more, just in time for us to snag the already amazing deals:) More to come!
